The Five Circles of Support

SVC Tinkerbell’s Kids Signature Program

The Five Circles of Support, is the signature holistic program model developed by Founder Emerita Paulette Pfeiffer also known as “Tinkerbell” of SVC / Tinkerbell’s Kids. Designed to create a comprehensive and nurturing support system, the Five Circles of Support programs include Youth Empowerment themes, (such as resilience, self advocacy, stress & anxiety management, creativity and exposure to education & career pathways for HS students), Mentor & Peer Support, Incarcerated & Released Parent Programs, Caregiver Support, and Community Involvement. Together, these interconnected programs provide a wraparound system of activities and services that address the emotional, social, and developmental needs of each child

Through more than 24 annual enrichment and reunification events, children are given consistent opportunities to thrive in a stigma-free environment, surrounded by caring mentors, peers, and ‘trauma informed’ individuals. This framework not only fosters connection and resilience, but also reinforces each child’s sense of belonging, identity, and hope for the future.

Jail Visitation Program

At the request of Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Silent Victims of Crime / Tinkerbell’s Kids proudly launched a pilot Jail Visitation Program in January oof 2025, in partnership with the Miami-Dade County Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. This innovative initiative provides children of incarcerated mothers with the opportunity to maintain essential family bonds through structured, compassionate visitation.

The program supports healthy emotional development, reduces the trauma of separation, and promotes long term family stability. During each visit, children and their caregivers are provided with meals, transportation if needed, and participation in meaningful interactive learning enrichment activities designed to foster connection, healing and interaction in preparation for Family Unification.

Care Court

Since 2016, Silent Victims of Crime / Tinkerbell’s Kids has been a part of the CARE Court (Reentry Program), a program within Florida’s Federal Southern District Court, designed by Chief Judge Seitz and the US Attorney, where we are able to assist moderate to high-risk returning citizens who are on federal post-conviction supervision. A presiding Judge, with the aid of the United States Probation office and with the supervision of CARE Initiative, will assist returning citizens by conducting court sessions twice per month and providing wrap-around services, as well as a mentor, to address the reintegration needs of each returning citizen.

Silent Victims of Crime / Tinkerbell’s Kids, attends CARE Court sessions and offers it’s services to returning citizens who have minor family members and children that could be served through the organizations programming providing reunification services for children and families.

Strategic Partnerships

Silent Victims of Crime / Tinkerbell’s Kids, considers strategic partnerships to be essential to expanding the scope and impact of the organizations services for children of incarcerated parents, their caregivers, and families navigating reentry. By collaborating with trusted partners within the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation community and beyond, we are able to connect families to critical wraparound resources that support stability and long-term success.

These partnerships allow us to offer by referral, access to job training programs, transitional housing, legal aid, clothing assistance, and counseling or social work services—all of which play a vital role in the emotional and practical well-being of the families we serve. Through these collaborations, we build a stronger support network that uplifts entire households, reduces generational trauma, and ensures that no family faces reentry or reunification alone.
